Sparkling wine classic method from 100% Canaiolo grape – VINTAGE Vinification in cement vat, first fermentation off skins after a short maceration on the grapes skins at low temperature.

The second fermentation in bottle, maturation on the yeasts for 18 months.

L’Erede Brut Rose’ is characterized by a light pink colour with light onion leaf color hues , fine perlage.

The bouquet is intense and elegant , notes of red ripe berry fruits, redcurrants, fraises, raspberries and hints of orange peel and spice.

The flavor is elegant and velvetyof rose and pink apple , it has an excellent structure and acidity

It ‘s perfect with white and red meats dishes, grilled, roast and boiled
