BOTTLES PRODUCED: 8.000 – 9.000
FOOD PAIRINGS: It ‘s perfect with appetizer, cheese and cold cuts, white meat, truffle and fish dishes
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 8° C – 10° C
TASTING NOTES: A yellow colour and golden nuances, a light and persistent perlage, a creamy foam with a good persistence of a slight crown. It has an intense and fresh fragrance of yellow fruits, notes of candied citrus fruits combined with yeast fragrance. The flavor is persistent, harmonious, good acidity with a pleasant final of yellow fruit and crusty bread.
