28/10 Second day of tasting at the tasting tables. We will find out who will be the new Best Sommelier of the Year, it will be an opportunity to deepen our knowledge of Sakè through a dedicated masterclass, we will retrace the historical vintages of Brunello di Montalcino and the Champagne Vintages
29/10 Third and last day of tasting at the tasting tables. The day is dedicated to all operators in the sector.
