Sparkling red wine classic method from  Sangiovese 40% – Ciliegiolo 60% .

First fermentation off skins after a maceration on the skins at controlled temperature in cement vat.

Second fermentation in the bottle, maturation on the yeasts for 30 months. The pressure inside the bottle is 4.9 bar. Refining in bottle for 4 months after degorgement.

It’s characterized by a ruby red brilliant color. The perlage is light and silky thanks to a little pressure inside the bottle.

An Intense and elegant bouquet, notes of cherry and red fruits with hints of citrus and spice. Sweet and velvety flavour, good structure and good acidity

It ‘s perfect with dessert and cheeses, or aperitif.
