White wine Trebbiano Toscano 100%.

Soft press and maceration on skins for 60 days at controlled tempersature 15/18 °C fermentation on the skins in cement vat.

Maturation on yeasts for 8 months, 80% in cement vat and 20% in barrique, in bottle for 2 months.

Gold color , notes of pear and mature yellow happle whit hints of aromatic herbs and citrus.

The Flavor is soft and velvety, good structure and minerality thanks to the Trebbiano Toscano, clean and persistent delicate notes of toasted hazelnut.

It goes well with elaborate dishes white and red meats, matyre cheese and truffle dishes.
