The harvest is handmade in the month of September, the best grapes, are picked and hung to dry in well aired cellar for 4 / 5 months,

The must ageing in little durmast wooden barrels for a minimum of 3 years.

Refining in bottle for 3 months.

Amelio Vin Santo has an amber color, brilliant, intense fragrance of honey and dried fruit

The taste is fairly sweet, warm and persistent.

It’s perfect with desserts, Cantuccini toscani, pastry biscuits and ice cream
